Mahesh Koneru of 123telugu.com gave a review of rating 3.5/5 stating "Overall, you will walk out of the theater happy. Denikaina Ready is a good, time pass entertainer that makes for a nice holiday watch."[24] Jeevi of idlebrain.com gave a review of 3.25/5 stating "Denikaina Ready is a comedy film with an underlying sentiment. The Interval twist is interesting. The director has succeeded in creating a typical Priyadarshan type of satire of mistaken identities. The plus points of the film are Vishnu - Brahmanandam comedy. On the flip side, the story depends on the clichéd aspect of Rayalaseema faction wars. On a whole, Denikaina Ready has enough ingredients to work at the box office.[25] Super Good Movies gave a review of rating 3/5 stating "A Good Entertainer from Vishnu, Brahmanandam Combination. You must watch."[26] zimbio.com gave a review stating "Denikaina Ready good entertainer. Go enjoy it !!"[27] apherald gave a review of rating 3.75/5 stating "Hilarious movie. Songs could have been better composed."[28] telugu.way2movies.com gave a review of rating 3/5 stating the film to be a "High on Entertainment!!!".[29] mirchi9.com gave a review stating "Denikaina Ready is a very good comedy entertainer which can be watched along with your family and friends in this holiday season."[30] Sify.com gave a review of rating 3/5 stating "Denikaina Ready is a time pass flick. Although it runs with formula comedy scenes, it also has some genuine comedy sequences and the film moves on with regular doses of laughs."[31] This got a wide release in more than 300 plus centers and got a 100-day run in 8 centers and a 175-day run in 1 center.[32]
Abhi and Dashrath team up and decide to appeal to the court with all of the proper evidence. The High Court Justice Narasimham, inspired by the final hearing of Abhi despite having a lot of pressure from the state and central level politicians, stands for justice and gets Vani, Vijay Kumar, and Dashrath removed from their posts and gives them life sentences. The Supreme Court also orders for all construction from the lake to be demolished at once. With this outcome, Vani becomes hospitalized and tells Abhi that no matter how much he tries, the system will not change.
However, a few days later, Abhi finds construction starting again on the lake and confronts the villagers on why they chose to do it. They state that his caste ruled for 40 years but it is now their turn to rule, but Abhi ultimately ends up gaining support from Mani's father. Soon though, Abhi finds himself at the edge of the forest by Mani's father and his gang and is ultimately killed by them because they want the lake for themselves. Before killing, Mani's father apologizes to Abhi for killing him and for his betrayal (realizes that by entering into the vicious circle to become a new victim in the power game). This also prompts Vani to commit suicide, which realizes that she was concerned about Abhi and appreciates his work and is finally tired of becoming a victim of this vicious political circle. This incident throws the entire two Telugu states into distress. The movie ends off with sincere officers that were killed in a similar way for what they have done for society.
During his attempts to establish the truth, Sathyam faces various troubles. The Minister's proxies give him various troubles by killing children by offering them ice creams laced with drugs to eat and killing his mother. When Sathyam arrests Acharya, the Minister's proxy, and takes him to court, the Minister's henchmen attack him while driving and Sathyam is stabbed. Thillanayagam (Dilli Babu in Telugu version), the other proxy, shoots Acharya and blames Sathyam. Sathyam performs his mother's funeral rites and is suspended from the force and jailed. Manicka Vel, to be released the next day, feels sad for Sathyam and laments his loss in the jail. Thillanayagam runs for MLA with the Minister's support so that he cannot be harmed by Sathyam. He gloats to Sathyam at the jail about his newfound power and challenges Sathyam's honor and dignity. At a public rally for Thillanayagam's candidature, the Kondal Dasan openly challenges and insults Sathyam, who is released from jail by a sympathetic officer and coming to disrupt the public rally. Manicka Vel stands in the corner aiming to kill Thillanayagam and the Dasan. Sathyam arrives and exposes the Minister and Thillanayagam by shooting them and forcing them to confess the truth about the Minister's intentions and the death of the proxy. Thillanayagam reveals everything about himself, Acharya, and Dasan. While lamenting the situation he is in and calling for reform, Sathyam is shot by the Minister's henchman and questions the honesty and trust his people and fellow officers have in him. Manicka Vel arrives on the scene and salutes Sathyam, with other officers following suit. A newscast is shown with Kondal Dasan and Thillanayagam being arrested and Sathyam is reinstated in the police force. Sathyam is promoted to Deputy Commissioner by the Chief Minister and marries Deivanayaki, and the credits roll.
